It works in a few simple steps:
Your ride is reserved in our system with all of the trip info. The money you paid for the ride will be kept until you're dropped off at your destinatination.
Our AI algorithm will match your trip with another commuter who's driving by or to your destination. Just show up to the pick up location, and your Captain is going to ensure that you get to your destination on time.
Once you're dropped off, your captain will receive the money you paid during the booking process. If you chose the commuter pass or a round trip, our AI system will match you with another captain and give you the return trip info.
